Multiple Tours per day depart from right in Cocoa Beach

Our boats depart from the convenient location of the Sunset Waterfront Café & Restaurant, which is practically walking distance from Ron Jon’s Surf Shop and convenient to all the nearby hotels and attractions. With multiple departure times each day, you can pick the tour that fits your schedule.

Watch the Sunset from the incredible vantage point of the middle of the Banana River!

We offer a daily 2 hour sunset cruise on the Banana River. This tour also offers a great chance to see wildlife, as it meanders thru the Thousand Islands before heading out into the widest part of the River to capture that gorgeous sunset.

Weather, Safety & Comfort

The waters of our tours are always protected and calm. Our boats are twin-hulled catamaran pontoons, which make them extremely stable and comfortable. Because they are fully covered, you are always protected from the sun and rain. Our Captains & Mates are very experienced and knowledgeable. We are the only tour operator trusted by several Local Public School Systems to provide school field trips to their students.

That said, we have been operating these daily tours year-round for over 20-years and know that Florida weather can bring some days where conditions just aren’t ideal for boating. If weather prevents us from operating a tour at your chosen time, you are free to reschedule or cancel for a full refund. If your tour is underway and weather causes us to have to substantially shorten your tour, you will be entitled to receive a full credit towards another tour in the future.

HOP ABOARD COCOA BEACH DOLPHIN TOURS "IN SEARCH OF WILDLIFE"

Cocoa Beach Dolphin Tours offers numerous tours from various locations on the Space Coast. These tours can be customized to meet your group's needs. Our US Coast Guard approved vessels carry up to 49 passengers and we offer a safe and comfortable environment for all adventurers.

The Thousand Islands are a flood tide delta deposit, formed in the past by a breach in the barrier island by a strong storm surge. This natural occurrence created a maze of narrow trails & canals through the natural mangrove islands and hidden hammocks. The spectacular canals through the Thousand Islands provide shelter to herds of Manatee, playful Bottle-Nose Dolphin and a variety of coastal birds. Some of the birds passengers may observe while on this tour are Reddish Egret, Wood Stork, Rosette Spoonbill, Brown and White Pelican, Bald Eagle, nesting Osprey, Great Blue Heron feeding their young, Tri-Colored & Black-Crowned Night Heron, Snowy Egrets, White Ibis, Terns and Coots. Cocoa Beach Thousand Islands are to be found in the Indian River Lagoon. The Indian River Lagoon Estuary is known as one of the world's most diverse Eco-systems.

Parade of Homes... You will also see how the locals live who have taken up residence along the Thousand Islands canals. Enjoy moving about the boat throughout the cruise. The Captain and crew will provide narration and answer any questions you may have along your journey.
