Here you will find some commonly asked questions and answers:

 

  1. Do I need to make a reservation?

A: We do accept walk-ups (space permitting), but we strongly recommend you call ahead to reserve a seat. There is no charge for Infants under 2, however, they must be accounted for with a booking; this is a USCG requirement.

 

  2. How long are your tours?

A: Our Wildlife sightseeing tours run approximately 2 hours. Our Sunset cruise is approximately 90 min.

 

  3. Where do your tours go?

A: Our tours cruise the protected and natural waters of the Cocoa Beach Thousand Islands, part of the Banana River Lagoon System.

 

  4. Do you offer drinks or food?

A: We offer bottled water & soft drinks for purchase. You are welcome to bring a personal cooler. (alcohol is permitted)


  5. Are pets allowed?

A: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Only service dogs are allowed, with proper documentation.

 

  6. Are you Handicap Accessible?

A: Please call ahead if you require wheelchair access, as it requires advanced preparation.

 

  7. Is there free parking?

A: Yes, we depart from the Sunset Café Bar & Grill, which has free parking behind the restaurant. You can easily walk to the docks from their back parking lot.

 

  8. What is your cancellation policy?

A: We require 24 hours’ notice of cancellation for a full refund, otherwise we offer free re-scheduling to a later tour.

 

  9. What is your weather policy?

A: This is Florida, and we have learned to operate year-round, despite occasional winds or storms that can affect our tours. We make every effort to operate our tours, as long as they can be accomplished safely and comfortable. If weather impacts a tour, will may have to delay or cancel the tour. If we cancel due to weather, you will have the option to be refunded re-schedule. Please note that weather cancellations or delays are at the discretion of our experienced Captains, and not something we take lightly. You can rest assured that if your Captain deems the weather ok to operate your tour, you will be in safe hands.
